CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

CANCELLATION

  1. You can cancel Your order before the product has been shipped.
  2. You can cancel Your orders by emailing Us at sara@saraco.in. Once the cancellation request has been received by us, it will take Us 1-2 business days to confirm the cancellation.
  3. You will be notified about the cancellation of Your order on Your registered email id.
  4. After confirmation of the cancellation request, You may either request a replacement of the product with an equivalent at the same price, or a completely different product of a higher price, or opt to receive a credit note of the same amount in your user account linked to Your registered email id. The credit note shall be valid up to 2 months after issue.
  5. We may at any time at Our sole discretion cancel Your order after intimating You about the same. In the event of any such cancelation, You may opt to replace the order or receive a credit note as per clause iv. above.

REPLACEMENT

  1. A product is eligible for replacement only if: 
    • The product has a quality or manufacture defect.
    • The product has incurred damage during transit.
  2. A product is not eligible for replacement if: 
    • If the replacement request is not made by You within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • If the order has been made as per Your customization request and/or has been ordered in bulk.
    • The original packaging is not available and/or the tags and receipts have been removed from the product.
    • After delivery of the product and subsequent acceptance of the product by You, there are cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, pet damage, exposure to unsanitary conditions, or the product has been subjected to unreasonable or abnormal use.
  3. Every product listed on the Website may have a different return/replacement request period. 
  4. Submit all replacements request by email within 48 hours of receipt to Our customer care at sara@saraco.in along with Your complete order details, invoice, and images and description of the issue with the product.  As a part of the replacement, You may either request a replacement of the product with an equivalent at the same price, or a completely different product of a higher price after adjusting for any additional costs against the initial order. 
  5. Upon receipt of Your replacement request, You will make arrangement at Your own cost for the product to be shipped to Us within 1 week from receipt of the order. 
  6. Once the product has been received by Us, We will inspect it and if it meets Our replacement criteria, Your replacement order shall be processed within 2-3 days of receipt and will be shipped to You within 1 week after confirmation.
  7. However, if the product fails the replacement criteria, then product will not be replaced or refunded.  You may make arrangements at Your cost to ship the product back to Your location.
  8. Please be informed, We reserve the right to reject cancellation or replace request if the product has been used or soiled.
